Fillable versions of Goodwood Realty’s brokerage forms — ready to open, fill out, and sign from your phone, tablet, or computer using a free PDF app like Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once a form is complete, upload the finished PDF into the correct transaction’s Documents tab in Transaction Desk.
Step 1: Get Adobe Acrobat Reader (free, one-time install)

Step 2: Fill out a form
iPhone: Tap “Open Fillable PDF” below. It will open right inside your browser first — that’s normal, iPhones always do that. Then tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up, usually at the bottom or top of the screen) and choose “Open in Acrobat Reader” (or “Copy to Acrobat”) from the list.
Android: Tap “Open Fillable PDF” below — it should download automatically. Open it from your Downloads or the notification, and choose Acrobat Reader if asked which app to use.
Final Walk-Through Acknowledgment — Part 1
The main walk-through form. Documents the buyer’s final walk-through of the property and records whether the Property is in the condition required by the Agreement.

Final Walk-Through Resolution Acknowledgment — Part 2
Only needed if Part 1 noted issues that required resolution before closing. Documents how those items were resolved.

Transaction Facilitation Agreement
For transactions where the agent represents neither the Buyer nor the Seller and has been engaged solely to facilitate the process. Documents the non-representation disclosure and how the facilitation fee is being paid.

Agent Referral Agreement
Used when referring a client to another agent or brokerage (or receiving a referral) in exchange for a referral fee. Documents the terms of the referral, the parties involved, and the agreed fee.

Multiple Offers Notification
Used to notify all interested buyers’ agents when a seller has received multiple offers on a property. Documents that the notice was given and how each recipient acknowledged it.

Client Declaration of No Agency Representation
Used when a client signs to confirm they have no current relationship with another agent, and that any prior representation has ended or expired. Documents this before facilitation or a no-agency transaction moves forward.

Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Services Agreement
Establishes an exclusive representation relationship between Goodwood Realty and a buyer client. Documents the scope of representation, agent duties, and compensation terms for the engagement.
